Inglot 390 Matte Eyeshadow Review, Swatches and EOTD

Hey Everyone!

Today I'll be reviewing one of my favorite shades for everyday wear Inglot 390 Matte. The refill size retails for 300 INR but currently majorbrands.in has offer on all round refills so do check them out.

I am sure you are aware of Inglot refills if not Inglot is a polish brand and has freedom system where you can create your own custom palettes. They have wide variety of palettes as well as products to choose from in the freedom system. For eg you can create a custom everyday palette with a blush, eyeshadow and lipstick refills all in one single palette! Its the perfect way to carry your makeup and makes it so travel friendly!

Inglot has various finishes available for their eyeshadows starting from Matte, DS Double Shine, Pearl and AMC. The one I am reviewing today is from their matte range and is 390. Inglot products are numbered which makes them really confusing to remember.

Inglot 390 matte is a matte brownish beige with grey undertones. It is a unique shade and works very well as over all lid color or for blending out the harsh edges for darker shades in the crease area. The texture of the eyeshadow is soft and buttery and goes on the skin effortlessly. Its highly pigmented so you don't need more than couple of swipes to build up the color. It does not feel dry, stiff or chalky which many a times is the case with matte eyeshadows.

The staying power is pretty decent, without any primer it stays on my eyelids for 6 hours after which it does tend to fade a little. However it does not crease at all which is a huge plus especially if you have oil eye lids. Its always better to apply an eye primer first before applying any eyeshadow to increase the staying power and avoid creasing.

Overall its a fantastic shade and totally must have if you love neutrals! However it might appear greyish white if you have darker skintone. Also due to extremely soft texture there is a little fallout in the pan, no fall out happens when you apply on the eyes. I find it perfect for everyday office wear and often wear it all over the lid over MAC Groundwork paint pot. It gives a very polished and clean look to the eyes which is what we want especially for office.
