Hey Everyone!!
So in my last haul I mentioned I got the Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3in1 Foundation and I am here to share my first impression about the same.
Now please remember this is only first impression and not a full review! I have used this foundation 3 times this week and as of now I absolutely love it!
The foundation comes in 14 shades and I have the shade 857 Golden Tan which is bang on match for my NC40-42 skin tone! The texture of the foundation is thick but not like Revlon Colorstay. Its so much easy to blend and settles to powder finish so its perfect for oily skinned beauties. Not sure if it will suit dry skin well.
Price:- 8 to 10$ depending from where you buy
Quantity:- 30ml and comes with a locking pump!
Please excuse my scary face, I just wanted to show you guys the amount of coverage it gives. As you can see I have bad skin with pigmentation and spots and after 1 layer of the foundation it pretty much covered up all my spots. Though my acne scars are still visible but I am ok with it since i don't need full coverage when I am going to office or running some errands.
With full face makeup
I have used it 3 times this week and wore for 8 -10 hours straight and must say I am very impressed with the staying power. Even in humid climate it does not budge!
The best part for me is that it keeps me shine free for 4 to 5 hours and even after that I hardly see any oil seeping through! it definitely lives upto its expectations and claims of having primer+concealer+foundation in 1 product! I am going to wear it for a month or two before doing the full review. Till now it hasn't broken me out so lets hope for the best!
I hope this post was helpful to you all, until next time take care and stay beautiful!
Love,
You are really really a pretty lady Parita :D
ReplyDeleteThank you Arpita! thats very sweet of you to say :)
DeleteI wish these were available in India!!!!!! *sobs*
ReplyDeleteI wish too Swarnali!
DeleteWow finished look is gorgeous !
ReplyDeleteThank you Shalini :)
DeleteBought it after seeing your review Parita, but sadly the shade didnt matched my skincare, you know here we cant test the drugstore products, so finding the correct shade of drugstore foundation is always very difficult. Will go again and will try the lighter one:(
ReplyDeleteWhich shade did you get Rachna? what shade are you in MAC? may I can help? if you are NC37 to 40 try 855 shade in this and if you are above NC40-42 857 is a good match..pls note this foundation does oxidies a bit on skin so keep that into consideration when purchasing..also i would highly recommend to see swatches of shades online or on YT..you'll easily find them :)
DeleteThat's nice heavy coverage for one layer.
