Haul Time With Benefit, Chanel, Red Cherry & A Surprise Gift from Mr D

Hey Everyone!

So today I'll be sharing with you all my latest haul, these are the products which I had in my wish list for a while now so when a friend of Mr D was coming down from KL and agreed to get few of my stuff which I had to leave behind due to luggage restrictions...I took full advantage of it and got some more stuff ...makeup items!

Red Cherry lashes have been on my wish list ever since I saw them on Jaclyn Hill! If you don't know who Jaclyn Hill is you are definitely missing something BIG in life! She is my most favorite YT guru! Definitely go and check out her channel and subscribe to her. I would highly recommend her eye makeup tutorials and highlighting and contouring videos..a must watch! Anyways she is a huge fan of Red Cherry lashes especially no 43 ones so I had to get them. I also got few others like 82, 747L, 747S, and 217. Can't wait to try these babies on! Will definitely share my experience with them once I try them all!

Next on my wish list were Benefit Hoola Bronzer and Porefessional. I have been wanting a matte contour shade for a while and initially Hoola looked way too light and I thought that's never gonna show up on my face but to my surprise it works really well! Being oily skinned beauty all throughout my life and constantly battling with acne I have huge pores in my inner cheek area and I have heard so much about the Porefessional working on minimizing the appearance of pores that I  had to give it a try atleast once. I got both these products from Sephore in KL, btw ever tried sending your man to buy makeup in Sephora or departmental store? No? I highly suggest doing that..its hilarious! Mr D literally went to Sephora with print out of the items I wanted..LOL

Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush 82 in Reflex was definitely not a part of my wish list but was very much an impulse purchase. The blush was on huge discount on Strawberrynet in one of their daily deals and the moment I saw it I just had to buy it! This is my first Chanel Blush and I am absolutely bowled over by the texture and beauty of this blush! Have a look yourself! Chanel Joues Contraste Blush retails for 43$ in the US and probably even more in India and I got it for around 1800 INR from Strawberrynet!

Now for the best part..I received this gorgeous pink colored heart shaped box which Mr D sent as a surprise for me :) It contained hand picked full blossomed roses and orchids carefully preserved and cocooned  within an acrylic casing!

A show piece with gorgeous orchid impressed within it and those two towers are the twin towers of KL. Isn't the orchid gorgeous?

Next a paper weight with roses impressed within it..this has gained a permanent place on my study table!

Last one is my favorite..a gorgeous pendant with a tiny orchid, leaves and other flowers impressed within! Thank you Mr D for these lovely gifts...will cherish them forever!
