MakeupGeek Duo Chrome Eyeshadows in Ritzy, Secret Garden and Typhoon Review, Swatches & FOTD

MakeupGeek launched their new duo chrome shadows recently and out of all I picked up three shades to try on and not to burst the bubble but these are amazing and I am definitely picking up few more soon! They launched 12 new duo chrome eyeshadows and 8 new pigments!

The duochrome eyeshadows come in stunning duochrome packaging! All MakeupGeek products are cruelty free and are made in the US. Out of all the ones that called my name the most were Ritzy, Secret Garden and Typhoon! I found the shade description right on point!

Ritzy is described as a warm red-brown base with green and gold reflects

Secret Garden is described as deep espresso base with bright teal reflects

Typhoon is described as a deep teal base with green and gold reflects

Its no secret that I am a big MakeupGeek and Marlena fan and she has out done herself again! All three shades are creamy and highly pigmented. They almost look foiled such is the intensity of the pigments! I have tried to take pictures from different angles to capture the different colors and duo chrome effect. Even though they are highly pigmented I didnt have any fall outs with them which is great and nor do these kick up a lot of powder! 

Out of all three Ritzy is my favorite because of the warm red undertones, when paired with Bitten  as I have done in my look below it looks absolutely gorgeous and so fall appropriate! 

Secret Garden again has warm base but with bright blue green reflects, when used with a black base it looks stunning!

Typhoon is so gorgeously complex just as the name suggests! Its the most unique shade in my collection, love the green and gold reflects in this one, looks stunning on brown eyes!

Overall if you love duo chromes and overall good quality affordable eyeshadow and if you are living under a rock and still haven't tried MakeupGeek shadows then I would highly suggest you to give the a try!
